The General Conditions of Sale, which are set out below, concern the purchase of EMMEGI DETTORI® brand products, with registered office in Olbia, 07026 in Via Francesco Talenti, 98 (SS).
These conditions apply to all offline and online purchases made remotely via the internet on the website www.emmegidettore.it belonging to:

BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
The buyer undertakes to view and accept these General Conditions of Sale when purchasing an offline service and a product in the online shop www.emmegidettori.it/en/shop.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded between Emmegi Dettori and the Customer.
These general conditions of sale are an integral part of the sales contract, for this reason it is the customer’s responsibility to examine them on this web page, before completing the purchase procedure.
The forwarding of the order confirmation implies full acceptance. The Seller reserves the right to modify, supplement or vary the General Conditions of Sale, therefore the customer is always advised to read the appropriate page.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customers can request further information on products / services and product customizations by email at hello@emmegidettori.it before or after the time of purchase.
ONLINE AND OFFLINE CONSULTING SERVICES
All offline and online consulting services can be:
- booked by phone, whatsapp or email, a 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking;
- modified and / or canceled no later than five days from the scheduled appointment date, under penalty of loss of the 30% deposit paid.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
The purchase forwarded by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock. Stocks are constantly updated.
In the event of stocks being exhausted, Emmegi Dettori undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of the lack of availability of the desired product and to cancel the order or propose an alternative solution.
PRICE OF PRODUCTS
All prices in the Emmegi Dettori shop are exempt from VAT (Law 190/2014).
Prices may be subject to variations. Emmegi Dettori reserves the right to modify them, without notice, at any time. For the purpose of the sale, the valid price is that indicated at the time of purchase.
ORDERS
The management of the orders will be carried out exclusively in accordance with these Conditions of Sale, which will, in any case, be duly accepted, and at the conclusion of each order the Customer will receive an email notification informing him of the purchase just made.
PAYMENTS
When the Customer submits the order form, he must express the payment method chosen from the following:
- Bank transfer
The order number, date and details of the orderer must be indicated on the reason for payment. The transfer must be made out to:

The Secure Server SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol is used for the transmission of credit card data, this protocol provides the most advanced information encryption techniques.
The checks carried out by the company in charge are unrelated to Emmegi Dettori which merely receives confirmation of the transaction.
In case of withdrawal from the order made through the use of PayPal, the refund will be paid to the PayPal account. - POS or Cash on Delivery
If the Customer chooses to collect the product purchased on site, he can pay at the time of collection via POS or in cash.
PLEASE NOTE: The Customer who chooses to pay by bank transfer must send a communication via email to hello@emmegidettori.it no later than 8 hours from the date of execution of the order, informing that the payment has been made, under penalty of cancellation of the same.
The goods will be reserved for the buyer for this period; if he does not send the payment communication, the purchase will be considered canceled and the availability of the goods will no longer be guaranteed.
The customer who chooses, instead, payment by POS or cash on delivery, must collect the product (s) no later than 1 day from the date of execution of the order, under penalty of cancellation of the same.
AFTER SALES AND RETURNS
The buyer can make a return request no later than 1 day after receiving the order.
The products must be returned intact and with original packaging, otherwise the amount will not be re-credited and will be returned to the sender.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer unless otherwise instructed.
To return one or more items, send an email to hello@emmegidettori.it with the subject “RETURN ORDER N [specify order number] – NAME AND SURNAME”
Explain the reason for the return and wait for an email from Emmegi Dettori informing you about the status of the return. In case of acceptance of your return request, send the item or items for which you have requested the return to the address EMMEGI DETTORI Via Francesco Talenti, 98 07026 Olbia.
The refund will be made within 10 working days from the time of delivery of the return.
If you paid by credit card, PayPal, the refund will be made directly to the same card and / or account used at the time of purchase.
Accessories are not subject to return.

The costs are calculated automatically when purchasing on the shop.
There is the possibility to collect the goods directly c/o Emmegi Dettori without having to use the shipment.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the price policies of the shippers.
